About this Course

Learn to Skip with Calgary Skip Squad! The Calgary Skip Squad recreational skipping program is a non-competitive jump rope program for children 6 yrs- 14yrs. It is a fun class that gives kids the opportunities to learn jump rope skills with single ropes as well as double dutch. The program is designed to help children develop a foundation for all physical fitness activities by improving balance, coordination, and flexibility all in a fun, non-competitive environment. Calgary Skip Squad follows the CANSkip model - Canada's national rope skipping skill development program.
